Chapter 1.
I snuggled up to my mother, she licked me. My mother looked up at the dog in front of her. She nodded to him and picked me up in her jaws. She dropped me on the floor of the medicene dogs cave.
"What will her name be?" Mother asked him. He shoved some seeds in front of Mother.
" Eat these, she'll drink your milk and get tired. Then call me and I can tell you." Mother nodded. When we were back in her den, she ate them. After, she tried to force me to drink her milk. After I did, I got really tired. In my dream, I was standing in a feild, with the medicene dog beside me. I looked me in the eye.
"Skortoro." He said calmly. Then I woke up. I snuggled closer into Mother. She licked me. A wolf walked in.
"Do you know her name?" He asked her. She nodded.
"This is Scortoro.'' She told him.
"Scortoro, this is your father." She told me. I looked at him. He was solid black. My mother was brown with a white belly. I rubbed her stomach. That's what happened in my harmless days in the nursery. But thats not my life.
